Inspired by the design language and technology of the automobile, we realize your individual sheet metal dreams with the utmost precision and creativity. Whether restoration, special conversions, accident repairs or the development of prototypes – we bring expertise and many years of experience to every project.

Our tradition of craftsmanship is rooted in classic car body construction. In the 1950s, the so-called Kraftformer revolutionized the industry. This powerful tool enables sheet metal to be precisely shaped and smoothed using controlled impact movements. Depending on the tool used, sheets can be stretched or compressed in a targeted manner, creating three-dimensional shapes and curves from a flat material. The great advantage of this technique lies in its flexibility: it allows the cost-efficient production of highly complex components in small quantities.

Today, we combine our traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology. Below you will find an overview of all the services we offer in the automotive sector:

Production of new parts

Using a combination of state-of-the-art CAD technology and traditional craftsmanship, we manufacture a wide variety of components from scratch. This enables us to faithfully reproduce spare parts that are no longer available or to develop and manufacture completely new components.

Damage analysis, measurement

Several high-precision 3D measuring systems are available in our production halls. With a measuring range of over 5000 × 2500 × 2000 mm, we can record and measure entire vehicle bodies and frames and check them specifically for possible damage.

Parts repair

In order to preserve the originality of a vehicle in the best possible way, we professionally repair defective sheet metal components. Thanks to original repair methods and many years of experience, we carry out repairs that are true to the original and thus ensure optimum results.

Special conversions

Dank unserer flexiblen Produktionsmöglichkeiten und unseres Know-hows können wir individuelle Sonderwünsche umsetzen. Von Fahrzeugverlängerungen und Cabrio-Umbauten bis hin zu komplett neuen Karosseriekonzepten, fertigen wir alles in unsere Produktionshallen.

Frame repair

CAD

With the help of scans, we are able to digitize entire vehicles or individual components. The scan data is processed by our CAD department. This enables us to manufacture tools and molds for production.

Chrome and trim parts

With the utmost attention to detail and a special focus on surfaces, we rework, manufacture and precisely adapt chrome and trim elements. Together with our electroplating experts, we give your vehicle a new shine.
